Lease Agreement

Lessee binds and obligates him/herself to indemnify and save and hold harmless the Lessor from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, actions, and causes of action arising out of, or resulting from the operation of Lessor under this lease and/or the exercise by Lessor of any rights granted to it by this lease and/or the failure of the Lessor to perform and comply with any of its obligations hereunder or any of the terms or conditions of this lease or any agreements herein made by Lessor. Lessee shall hold Lessor harmless from any claim by or liability to third persons. Lessee agrees to a maximum speed limit of 5 mph, be cautious of vehicles and pedestrians, and not to litter. Lessee is obligated to immediately notify Lessor of any condition, physical or otherwise, that Lessee contends or observes to be a danger to Lessee or other third parties. Through signed agreement, Lessee waives any claim that he/she may make against Lessor as a result of any act, in/or conduct of any third parties, herein specifically agreeing to hold Lessor harmless and indemnify Lessor as a result of the conflict of a third party. Any infraction of the terms of this lease will cause eviction or termination as well as non-renewal. This lease is non-transferable without prior authorization from management. All sales are final. Upon receipt of your payment and contract, you will receive a hangtag that must be visible at all times to avoid removal from the lot. It is your proof of purchase and failure to display the tag from the vehicle’s rearview mirror means that TOWING WILL RESULT, no questions asked. Parking is not permitted during the Mardi Gras holiday.

 

UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE!!!
